Instructions
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, egg, oil, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Heat a frying pan or griddle to 350 degrees or medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Pour batter onto pan until desired size for each pancake.
Cook until bottoms are lightly brown and tops are slightly dry around the edges and bubbles form in the middle.
Flip pancakes with a spatula and cook until lightly browned.
