Ingredients

Substitute 3/4 c regular sugar w/1 T molassess

Substitute 1/3 c egg white (or vegetarian egg replacer ideas)

Vanilla Extract

Whole Wheat Flour
We use freshly ground whole wheat flour

Raisins

Baking Soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla and eggs until well blended.
Stir in baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix in the oats and flour until blended well.
Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to completely cool.
