We use fresh goat’s milk!

Instructions
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
Mix just until combined.
Spray preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron.
Following the directions for your waffle iron, cook until golden brown.
