Ingredients
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/2teaspoon Salt
  • 1teaspoon Sugar
  • 2teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1cup olive oilRemember, use extra light olive oil
  • 3/4teaspooon MustardThis is optional, it gives it a more mayonnaise taste. Instead of the Miracle Whip taste.
Instructions
  1. Add egg whites, salt, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender and blend.
  2. While blender is blending at a medium speed, add olive oil very slowly.
  3. Blend until it is the consistency of mayonnaise. It will be very quick, it should be done about the same time you get done adding the olive oil.
