  1. Gather up your ingredients. Honestly, this might take you longer than making the fudge.
  2. Mix your oil, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt together. Stir well until you have broken up the cocoa powder and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add your coconut flakes and mix well. If you prefer a smoother consistency, skip this ingredient. The end product is still amazing. It will be a little softer, and more prone to melting, without the same coconut taste, but it will truly melt in your mouth.
  4. Pour into a small pan. If you choose to use the coconut flakes, spreading it to cover the pan will take some gentle encouragement with the back of a spoon or fork.
  5. Sprinkle with almond flakes.
  6. Place in a refrigerator for an hour or freezer for thirty minutes to harden.
  7. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
