Ingredients
1
can black beans
1
cup
cooked quinoa
1/2
cup
diced onion
1/2
cup
sliced or baby carrots
1
clove
garlic
1
teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet or use a silicone mat.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until fully blended.
Pour into 6 piles on the mat or cookie sheet and shape into patties.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Carefully flip patties, then bake for 10-15 more minutes.
Cool slightly, then place on hamburger bun with desired condiments.
