Ice Cream Cake
  1. Blend oreos and oil in a food processor or blender.
  2. Pour into 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly to edges, and freeze for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove ice cream from carton and cut into four slices.
  4. Form and place each piece in pan to completely cover the crust.
  5. Drizzle with syrup and spread to cover layer of ice cream, leaving a little to drizzle on top.
  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
  7. Drizzle remaining syrup on top.
  8. Freeze at least one hour or until ready to serve.
